  • Refund Method: Since our business operates solely on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, we do not have access to your electronic payment details. Consequently, all refunds are processed through bank transfers.
  • Processing Time: After the 24-hour inspection and the receipt of your banking information via email, the refund is initiated. It typically takes 5 to 6 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your banking provider’s internal timelines.
