We provide a 30-day window for returns, starting from the day of delivery. This policy is designed to address instances where you receive a damaged, incorrect, or ill-fitting item. Once the item returns to our warehouse, we conduct a thorough inspection within 24 hours to assess its state.
Upon successful inspection, we will arrange a replacement for the item. If a replacement is unavailable or the damage is irreparable, a full refund will be issued. Because our transactions occur via COD, we do not possess your banking details. We will reach out via email to request your bank transfer information.
Once we receive these details and initiate the transfer, it typically takes 5 to 6 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your banking institution's processing times. We do not charge any restocking fees for valid returns. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on a change of mind.
